New client consultations usually last from 1.5 to 2 hours (sometimes longer) and requires this time to be distraction-free. The entire family is welcome and encouraged to be present however, please make other arrangements for young children.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
$20 per additional dog/per session requiring training/behavior modification
Follow-up visits may take place in the home or at a public area if necessary to
Dogs must be up-to-date on rabies vaccination and bite histories must be disclosed.

A non-refundable $50 deposit via PayPal is required to schedule a problem behavior consult. Balance is required at the consultation.
Verbal bookings for problem behavior consults will be held for 24 hours. If deposit is not received within 24 hours that booking may be forfeited.
A travel fee may be added for destinations over 30 minutes travel time.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards (via PayPal, Venmo or Cash App/prepayment) accepted.
Programs are prepaid in full unless a payment plan with deposit has been agreed to.
It is the client's responsibility to contact Mobile Dog Training in the event that a training session will need to be cancelled and rescheduled, under the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations received 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be accepted without penalty.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a $35 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations or no-shows received less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of that session, with no refund.
Cancellations due to inclement weather are not subject to penalty.
**Rates are for locations within 30 minutes travel time of trainer's home address (South Grand Bay, AL 36541). Consultations beyond that area will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and rates (including travel fees) will be discussed prior to scheduling.**
While every effort will be made to provide each client with the information, guidance and instruction they need to successfully improve their dog's behavior, success is dependent on client compliance with instruction.
